This weekend RWAS hosted the Trip Club event on Healey Dell. The idea behind this event is to bring the 3 clubs juniors from Rochdale Walton, Ramsbottom AC and Withall Ac. There were a number of coaches going around offering 1-1 coaching sessions with the juniors who were chosen to attend. Although the weather wasn’t the best we witnessed some quality young anglers on our water. The information passed between clubs will be of great benefit to our coaches on how to bring the rest of the junior squad up to speed. Represent RWAS was Zac Eaton, Harry Thwaites and Harry and Oliver Knowles all who are becoming really good match anglers.
